1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

2. Returns

  • We accept returns only in case of:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong item delivered

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be:

    • In original packaging

    • With all accessories and invoice

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be initiated

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
